Box size helper
Hay should make up 80–90% of a rabbit's diet, and they should never run out. Tell us who's eating and we'll suggest a box that lasts about a month.
A rough guide only. Appetites vary, so always keep fresh hay available.
How it works
No middlemen and no warehouses. Just one family farm on the Somerset Levels.
Rich peat soils on the Somerset Levels give us a varied pasture of grasses, clovers and wildflowers.
We cut in peak summer condition and let the sun do the drying, for sweet and fragrant hay.
Bales are kept dry under cover on the farm until your order comes in.

Why hay matters
80–90%
of a rabbit's daily diet should be good-quality hay, according to the experts.
2–3mm
is how much a rabbit's teeth grow every week. Chewing long strands keeps them worn down.
